Here’s what you can check first:
- Did you enter the code correctly? (Pay attention to uppercase and lowercase letters.)
- Is the code still valid? Many discount codes have an expiry date.
- Have you reached the minimum order value?
- Does the code apply to your products? Some codes don’t apply to subscription orders, for example.
- Are you already using another discount or offer? Codes can’t be combined with other promotions.
How to apply your discount code:
- Add your products to the shopping cart.
- Go to your cart.
- Enter your code in the “Discount code or voucher” field.
- Click “Apply.”
