In this case, delivery may take another 1–2 working days. In most cases, the parcel is delivered within this time frame.
Your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be found
Please check the following:
- Whether the parcel was left with a neighbour
- Whether a safe drop-off location is shown in the tracking information
- Whether the parcel is available for pickup at a parcel shop or Packstation
