Once your order has been shipped, the delivery address can no longer be changed by us.
In many cases, you can still make adjustments directly with the shipping provider, such as:
- Delivery to a neighbour
- Redirect to a pickup point or branch
- Delivery to a Packstation (where available)
The available options will be shown in your tracking information.
