You can only change your delivery address as long as your order has not yet been prepared for shipping.
Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, your order has already entered the shipping process. From that point on, the delivery address can no longer be changed—even if the tracking information has not yet been updated.
Before Shipping Preparation
Please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will check whether an address change is still possible. This depends on the current processing status of your order.

After Shipping Preparation
Unfortunately, your delivery address can no longer be changed.
Depending on the shipping provider, you may still be able to make certain adjustments yourself, such as:
- Delivery to a neighbour
- Redirecting the parcel to a pickup location
- Delivery to a parcel locker (if available)
The options available to you will be shown in your tracking information.
